Make sure to review the 2022 GENERAL INFORMATION document for all important details regarding entry, stalling, show rules, etc.

We have put some frequently asked questions below for reference.

• Use the same entry form for both The Gathering and the ILR-SD Gathering Futurity. Please call with any questions.
• You must be a 2022 ILR-SD member to exhibit. Contact the ILR Office (406-755-3438) for additional details or questions.
• Entries with payment must be postmarked by June 4, 2022 to avoid late fees.
• Late entries must be postmarked by June 11, 2022 and sent priority due to postal delays. Late entries will be charged a $50/animal fee. E-mail a copy as well to the contact on the entry form.
• Credit card payments will be accepted by calling the ILR Office. You must still mail the entry form and make payment before entry deadline to avoid late fees.
• Make sure to enter the correct classes. No class changes will be made without judge approval.
• Animals entered in The Gathering Sale will automatically be entered in the appropriate Gathering Halter Class at NO charge to buyers.
• Any late fees associated with the ILR-SD Gathering Futurity will be waived for llamas purchased at the 2022 Gathering Sale if entered at time of payment after the sale.

• Juvi – 5 up to 12 months
• Yearling – 12 months up to 24 months
• 2 yr old – 24 months up to 36 months
• Adult – 36 months and older

FUTURITY CLASS LIST

Llamas will be evaluated on conformation, movement,

fiber and overall appeal/marketability using a three judge system.

Class 133 – Females 5 – 12 Months

Class 134 – Males 5 – 12 Months

Class 135 – Females 12 – 24 Months

Class 136 – Intact Males 12 – 24 Months

Class 137 – Maturity Females over 24 Months

Class 138 – Maturity Males over 24 Months

Class 139 – Geldings: All Ages​​​
